The Workout Space.

 

The beauty of having a very flexible personal trainer (no pun internded!) is that Stephanie will work to accomodate you the best that she can by using the following as your workout space:. 

 

-Your living room.

-Your home gym.

-Your current public gym. *Some restrictions apply.

-A park or jogging trail.

 

She can bring equipment with her or you can use what you already have.

 

Ideally,in time you will have aquired a full set of workout equipment so that you make exercise a daily LIFESTYLE choice, just like burshing your teeth.

About Stephanie.

She is an Army veteran, mother of a teenage son,

a Bachelor's degree  holder in Biology, an American

College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer,

is CPR/First aid/AED certified, an avid runner, health

food geek, deep-thiner, and loves to share her

knowledge of all things healthy!
